Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno has been supporting a new program. One that helps troubled teens turn their lives around. 



Stefan Davis, founder of the program called I Found a Light Against all Odds, presented the mayor with a plaque Monday afternoon in recognition for his support. The project helps teenagers faced with poverty, abuse and a lack of self-esteem.
